I am excited to share something very personal with you: my book, Amplify Your Presence with the IIS Method: Impress, Influence, Succeed.
This book was born from my own professional and personal journey.
Throughout my career in mining and engineering, I learnt that technical knowledge, qualifications and hard work are incredibly important, but they are not always enough.
I also had to learn how to trust myself, communicate my value, build meaningful professional relationships and find the confidence to make my voice heard.
And that journey was not always easy.
There were times when I questioned whether I was good enough. Times when rejection affected my confidence. Times when I entered challenging environments and felt I had to prove that I deserved to be there.
Over time, I began to understand something important:
Our experiences do not have to limit us. They can become part of our strength.
That journey inspired the IIS Method: Impress, Influence, Succeed.
What Is Amplifying Your Presence About?
This is not simply a book about personal branding.
It is a practical guide designed to help professionals better understand themselves, recognise their value and communicate that value with greater confidence.

For me, success is not simply about titles, salaries or recognition.
It is also about knowing who you are, understanding what you can contribute and having the confidence to pursue opportunities that align with the person you want to become.
Why I Wanted to Write This Book
I wrote Amplify Your Presence because I know what it feels like to have experience and qualifications and still question yourself.
I also know how much can change when you begin to recognise your own value.
If this book helps even one person speak up in a meeting, apply for an opportunity they thought was beyond them, negotiate their value, build a stronger professional network or simply trust themselves a little more, then writing it was worthwhile.
